*Position: Office Administrator*
*Overview:*
Sebring International, located in Sebring, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our expanding team.
We are looking for an individual who is exceptionally tech-savvy, comfortable performing almost all duties on a computer, and demonstrates fast typing and efficiency in computer operations.
This candidate will play a key role in managing bookkeeping, administrative tasks, general research, and HR responsibilities.
*Responsibilities:*

Bookkeeping:*
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Administrative Tasks:*
* Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
* Oversee payroll processing and HR administrative duties.
* Coordinate with vendors, ensuring professional and effective communication.
* Handle administrative tasks such as bill payments, vendor coordination, sales and other day-to-day operations.

General Research Tasks:*
* Perform research for ad hoc projects and tasks, as directed by management team.
* Conduct research as needed to troubleshoot tech issues or find efficient solutions.
* Gather information to support decision-making processes.

HR Responsibilities:*
* Process new hire paperwork and assist in the onboarding process.
* Address staff inquiries regarding pay and resolve pay-related questions.
* Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
*Customer Service Skills:*
* Maintain professionalism and effective communication when interacting with vendors.
* Communicate with guests to reconcile member statements and resolve discrepancies, ensuring a kind, polite, and patient approach.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Bookkeeper.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in relevant software applications (e.
g.
, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in QuickBooks.
- Exceptional computer skills, fast typing, and high efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot tech issues and find efficient solutions.
- Remote work is an option as the role progresses.
- Strong comfort in creating and working in spreadsheets.
- Starting pay: $17.
00 - $19.
00 per hour (Depending on experience), with the expectation of transitioning to salary.
