We are in search of a Scheduling Coordinator, who is looking to apply their scheduling skills and grow their learnings.
This opportunity is compensated generously with competitive pay and benefits including 401k.
*The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:* * Strong verbal and communication skills * Previous customer service experience * Exceptionally quick typing skills * Strong attention to detail * Computer savvy * Thoroughness * Time management skills *Qualifications:* * Ability to multitask efficiently * Previous scheduling experience * Previous data entry experience * Strong attention to detail * Self-motivated * Time management skills * Highly organized * Positive and professional * Excellent written and verbal skills * Excellent customer service skills * Critical thinking * Commitment to accuracy and excellence * Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance * An understanding of Solar and/or Smart Home Security is a huge plus *Job duties:* * Coordinate with Field Manager on calendar availability * Confirm Site Survey appointments with Customers * Provide needed documentation for appointments * Coordinate calendars with Field Technicians * Coordinate with other departments to schedule additional appointments * Review Site Survey reports and provide Titanium Partners with needed information * Review all details from the previous Solar and Smart Home Security jobs * Ensure all Smart Home Security customer cases are closed out properly or if necessary, open a new case for a return visit by our Service Technicians * Any errors found in cases [i.
e.
, no equipment in cases, no notes left in cases] must be entered to the company tracking sheets * Communicate new visits to the customer as soon as possible and resolve any concern the customer may have while on call * Transfer customers to other departments as needed * Provide assistance to all Titanium personnel via chat, email, phone, or in-office requests in a courteous and professional manner.
* Responde to emails in a timely manner * Assist sales representatives, technicians, office staff, or administrative staff with any request in a timely manner * Ability to perform and schedule a minimum of 4 service tickets a day for a service technician and 3 jobs for a CCTV technician.
