We purchased this antique American with front secretary and hutch about 15 years ago in an auction in Syracuse

We are moving hence this hesitant sale.
We enjoyed this piece of antique furniture and had many curious eyes lay their desires on this piece of antique.

This hutch / secretary needs some re-finishing, if you are that one and if you are into refinishing projects this would be the one for you.
There are no damages except a good sanding down and refinishing and you can easily sell this for double what you paid for.

These are the measurements height 69 ¼” width (across) 26 ¼” depth at the top part 8” bottom part depth 14”.
It has 3 drawers and a secretary.
