Part Time Sales Representative (Lakeland)

Location: Remote Black-owned, woman-owned CRM software company seeking a sales rep.
Position Overview: Seeking a part-time Sales Representative to join our team.
As a solo entrepreneur, I am looking to gradually increase my customer base and I'm only focused on quality over quantity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting warm leads through email and phone regarding our CRM solution.
(Clients by the time you contact them will have already expressed their interest in using the software in some way.
) Responsibilities: - Conduct warm calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our CRM software.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve a target of one new customer acquisition per month.
(This amount may increase over time and we'd like you to be flexible as we grow.
) Qualifications: - Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation: The Part-Time Sales Representative will have the opportunity to earn $150 for each successful customer acquisition.
