5/11: chicken processing class (Lake Wales/Walk In Water)

Learn how to be more self-sufficient by taking a class in Chicken Processing.
Raise your own meat and know where it came from and what is in it.
We are hosting two chicken processing classes.
The dates are May 11 and May 18.
We will provide the chickens to be harvested.
Participants can choose to be as hands-on as they would like from just observing to participating in the butchering process or anything in between.
Class time will be from 10:00-noon on these Saturdays.
Registration is limited so you will need to secure your spot as soon as possible.
Minimum age is 16 years old when accompanied with an adult.
To be involved with hands on activities, you must be an adult.
Registration cost is $40.
00 per person or $35.
00 per person with multiple people from the same family group.
Registration fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
