Client Service Representative

*We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative.
* *Candidates should have at least 12 months of receptionist experience - preferably in the veterinary and medical industry but we are willing to train the right candidate.
* *We are looking for an outgoing, compassionate, highly motivated, and hardworking individual with good work ethics and a positive attitude.
Candidates should have:* *- excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal)* *- ability to multi-task with close attention to detail* *- ability to convey empathy for our clients and the animals in our care* *-\* \*ability to work well with others* *- high level of computer proficiency* *This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, data entry, checking patients in and out, medical record updating and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.

* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
