Cashier/Customer Service

We are a new sandwich shop in Lakeland, FL, and are looking for an individual to operate the POS and manage "front of the house" duties.
Someone who is friendly and polite and can keep their cool through a busy rush.
Restaurant or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities: - Warmly greet all customers - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions (being familiar with the menu) - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers Experience: - Previous experience in the restaurant industry or customer service is preferred - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.
