Manufacturing company in the Lakeland area needs Customer Service/Office Superstar! This position will be a combination of Customer Service and Office Coordinator.
Being willing to learn on the job, a friendly demeanor and enjoyment of working with a team are a must.

Job Functions:
* Answer all incoming calls
* Order and data entry
* Update various spreadsheets and other general administrative duties as needed
* Filing, scanning and emailing paperwork
* Submit freight quote requests, communicate pickups/deliveries
* Respond to and/or forward email
* Take detailed messages and forward to the appropriate person(s)
Required Qualifications:
* Pleasant telephone personality a must
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude and patience
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Dependable team player
* Consistent follow-through
* Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Three + years in a customer service/office setting
* Manufacturing experience a plus
* Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus!
Computer Skills: Excel, Outlook and Access
