Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies is hiring a full-time front desk administrator to manage the administrative roles required of the front desk in a privately owned, growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winter Haven.
Candidate must be a _*self-starter*_ who is well organized, detail oriented, who can work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills while interacting with patients and fellow staff.
Candidate should be confident in using computers, including the use of the EMR software, Windows and Office.
The candidate is required to have _*top notch*_ customer service skills as needed for answering phones, scheduling patients, verification of insurance benefits, requesting and obtaining authorizations, greeting and assisting patients and therapists with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments and understanding requirements of the EMR system.
This position will compensate between $35K - $37K per year, depending on experience, with the potential of earning a quarterly bonus.
