*Job Description for Customer Service Sales Support Team Manager*
*Objective and Purpose of the Position:\* Sales Support has multi-faceted purpose, *Existing Customer Retention*.
*Organic Growth within Current Customer base, Qualify New Customers, Identify Targeted Key Accounts, Engage in the Bid Programs, Engage in MOB prospects, and implanting and designing new Marketing Promotions designed along with current suppliers\*.
Sales Support Team will work with all areas of Sales and Operations, specifically Customer Support Team, to ensure every customer related transaction has been followed through utilizing Fleetwing policies and procedures, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner, initiate new sales within existing customers and “House Accounts”.
The Policy and Procedures are designed to ensure each customer receives a positive experience throughout the sale and delivery process.
The purpose is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and build a customer relationship on behalf of Fleetwing and the Sales Team.
*Experience Required:*
* College Graduate with 2-4 year’s experience in Customer Relations or Sales.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Proven sales experience required
* Track record of over-achieving quota, reaching goals, and pipelines
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiar with CRM systems and practices
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills adapting to marketing through social media and email.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Ability to work under direct supervision while independently managing customers and inventory, including but not limited to equipment.
* Understanding of the customer relationship and sales cycle as well as establishing product knowledge and product application in the workplace.
* Maintain customer reports report issues to Customer Support and follow up.
*Office Hours*: Customer Support will work in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch determined by management.
Employee will be hourly with bonus potential determined by sales but will clock in daily on the time clock.
*Duties:*
* Special projects related to customer satisfaction, targeting new key accounts, working territories to promote new sales.
* Understand the CRM system and input data accurately
* Generate invoices, manage equipment related to the sale
* Maintain customer log and contact existing customers daily re: sales promotion, order management, product satisfaction, new products and establishing customer relationship.
* Communicate with “Outside Sales Team” daily as to exceptions
* Communicate daily customer support team regarding delivery options and tracking.
* Attend Sales Meetings and Educational Forums
* Attend Webinars regarding suppliers products and services.
* Resolve customer/sales related problems within 24 hours.
Report problems to management older than 48 hours.
Report problems to VP of Sales after 48 hours via email and follow up phone call to ensure customer has been assured a solution is in process.
* Understand Products and use of products.
* Know the suppliers and daily pricing for fuel.
Pricing for Lubes etc.
will be established by management.
* Assist Outside sales team in all aspects of customer relations, including administrative support.
* Generate email blasts to customers about Fleetwing business, events, and promotions.
* Manage Webpages (not website) on social media platforms.
* Work with Credit department to manage invoices and invoice support
* Follow the Sales Policy and Procedures for New Accounts and existing accounts with regard to changes, delivery, specific contacts, and protocols established by the VP of Sales and each sales person regarding their accounts.
* Maintain customer files On-line with contact information, products purchased and profitability reports.
* Weekly reports for organic sales, new sales, possible new accounts and referrals.
Report issues regarding sales teams or their accounts to VP Sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.
