*Job Summary:*
The HOA Account Services Representative will be responsible for collecting debts from the owners to the HOA.
*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Make telephone calls using manual and auto-dial methods.
* Understand FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, and other internal systems, processes, departments, and products.
* Maintain a complete debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed.

, learning the policy and procedure for accessing letters, sources of needed information, and scheduling requirements to achieving a successful recovery.
* Develop technical knowledge to add, change and delete information in the file screens, memorize action codes, property use forms for department networking, and skip tracing methods.
* Master the collection system to appropriately and effectively work the debts assigned.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* High School Diploma
* Call Center experience preferred.
* Basic computer skills are required, intermediate preferred.
*Physical Demands:*
* Ability to sit for an entire shift.
* Constant computer and phone usage
*Required Competencies:*
* Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues
* Perform various projects requested by supervisors/managers.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Detail-oriented
* Phone etiquette
* Be able to work independently.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, not required.
