Summary:
Delivers world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community.
Must possess advanced computer skills and will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.
Required specific skills include self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.
Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.
