*What your day may look like:* * Use company tractor to run transfers to warehouses, ports, drop yards and retail locations * Day cab, local positions only * No Touch Freight * Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse as needed * Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment * Keep equipment clean and operating safely * Other duties as assigned by Supervisor *What we require:* * Valid CDL Class A * Minimum one-year verifiable CDL experience or approved 80-hour CDL training certificate * Clean driving record- no more than 6 points and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years * Successfully complete road/pre-trip test in company tractor * High school diploma or equivalent * Drug Test * Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card * Updated TWIC Card Required Southeast Independent Delivery Service is an equal opportunity employer.
