This is an OTR only position.
We are looking for an experienced OTR Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials from one location to another, following all safety regulations and company policies.
This position requires a valid commercial driver's license, as well as experience as a solo driver.
The successful candidate must also have 2 years experience with over-the-road (OTR) driving and 6 months minimum flatbed experience.
Tanker endorsement and TWIC capabilities a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws while driving.
* Maintain a valid driver's license and medical card.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
* Ensure that cargo is loaded, secured, and unloaded in a safe manner.
* Operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
* Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Pay Structure:
* Base pay: $0.
50 per mile
* Per Diem: $0.
15 per mile
* Driver bonus: Up to $0.
10 per mile
* Truck bonus: variable profit sharing
We wouldn't drive for less than $0.
75 per mile and we don't expect you to either.
Driver bonus, maintain good daily mileage average for the area you are in, be on time and use your HOS time efficiently.
Take care of yourself, the loads and the truck, to keep costs down.

Truck bonus: This is a profit sharing type pay.
The better your truck does, the more money you will get.
Work with dispatch, not against them.
Keep fuel costs down any way you can.
Tarp pay, multi-stop pay, On-road 34 hour reset pay (assuming you meet driver bonus conditions that week).
Hometime: This is an OTR position.
We expect you to be out 3 weeks at a time.
We also expect the truck to be shutdown 6 to 8 weeks a year.
Hometime is flexible, just work with your dispatcher to take care of what you need at home.
We don't tolerate rookie behaviors! It does not matter if you have 30 years experience, if you drive like a rookie and act like a rookie, you are a Rookie! Do not apply! All others we look forward to working with you!
