Straight Truck Delivery Driver

Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a box truck to transport goods to designated locations.
Perform daily pre trip and post trip inspection of the trucks to ensure that it is in proper working condition Pre check Appliances before loading the truck.
Load Appliances safety onto truck using pallet jacks or other equipment as necessary.
Plan and follow designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of Appliances.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
Unload Appliance in a safe manner.
Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in route driving and operating various types of trucks, such as box trucks and must be verifiable.
Familiarity with using pallet jacks or other equipment for loading and unloading cargo.
Ability to effectively communicate with management,team members,and customers.
This is a physical job and requires getting in and out of the truck and must be able to lift 75 lbs and more.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is a plus.
Driver's requirement: Must be reliable and responsible.
Must be 18 and older.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent to that.
Must have reliable transport to and from work.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate well with others.
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT medical and physical exam (paid by the employer) Must be willing to submit to a background check.
Must have a clean driving record.
