CDL A Drivers with tank and hazmat-Lakeland, Fla

Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks, including vac trucks, box trucks and tankers, etc.

- Load and unload from trucks using appropriate equipment - Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery of goods - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status and any issues that arise - Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road Requirements: - Clear, Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker and hazmat - Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles - Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools - Knowledge of load securement techniques and regulations - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and dispatchers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
