has been serving the injured people of Florida for 30 years plus and is seeking a full time Litigation Paralegal experience with any of the following law practices:* *Personal Injury, for our Sebring Office.

*Pay Range: Based on experience*
*Essential Job Functions:*
* *Communicating and corresponding with clients, providers and others in the legal community;*
* *Maintaining client files;*
* *Calculate and manage deadlines;*
* *Review, analyze and summarize case files;*
* *Review, draft and file legal documents such as discovery responses, motions and other pleadings for attorneys;*
* *Assisting attorneys with preparation of cases for trial*
* *Attending trial with attorneys and assisting throughout trial*
* *Other duties as assigned.
*
*Required Knowledge, Skills, Ability:*
* *A minimum of 2 years as a litigation paralegal (experience with Personal Injury)*
* *Ability* *to proficiently prioritize a heavy work load*
* *Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills*
* *Understand legal terminology and procedures;*
* *Critical thinking skills with great attention to detail and accuracy;*
* *Ability to work independently as well as a team player;*
* *Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint;*
* *Experience with NEOS Case Management (Needles) software is a plus*
* *Must have Valid Florida Driver's License*
* *Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary*
*Educational Requirements:*
* *High School Diploma and/or GED Required*
* *Completion of an Accredited Paralegal program and/or certificate preferred*
* *Associate's Degree or comparable work experience*
