Rehab Technician

Job Title: Rehab Technician Company: Charming Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Location: Lakeland, FL Salary: Up to $19 per hour Charming Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a motivated, responsible, enthusiastic, and kind individual to join our team as a Rehab Technician.

Responsibilities: Perform all floor ambulation for residents as prescribed by the rehab department/MD Conduct AAROM/PROM for residents as indicated Clean and sanitize all surfaces and equipment used in the functional maintenance program Assist in transferring residents in and out of wheelchairs as part of the functional maintenance program Ensure splints/braces are applied/removed by nursing staff as per MD order and in accordance with the wearing schedule Report any inconsistencies, functional changes, or skin integrity issues of a resident to the nursing manager and/or rehab director Document all Functional Ambulation Profile (FAP) distance and level of assistance daily in the EMR Conduct group wellness exercises with residents on the units (if applicable) as directed by the Rehab therapy staff Perform other duties as assigned by the Rehab director Requirements: High school/GED diploma HHA/CNA certificate preferred but not required Benefits: Competitive Pay 401K Paid Time Off Medical/Dental Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Plans Company Perks Employee Recognition Programs Team-Like Atmosphere Your #1 goal will be to provide our residents with the best care possible.
