We are currently seeking a part-timehousekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to clean and get rental home units in a mobile home community ready for the next tenant.
This candidate will also be responsible for cleaning common areas and the clubhouse.

*Responsibilities will include:*
* Clean and tidy rental units in preparation for the next tenant to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
* Clean and tidy common areas and the clubhouse.
(Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning windows, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and kitchen appliances)
* Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues
* Other tasks as needed or assigned by management
*Skills:*
* Proven working experience in relevant field
* Ability to work independently and remain motivated
* Prioritization and time management skills
* Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
*Schedule:*
* Monday through Friday 8AM to 12PM
