Call Center Representative

We are looking for 4 *Bilingual* Call Center agents for a medical clinic located in Lakeland FL.
NO WEEKENDS! Primary duties are to serve patients by determining needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling appointments; and solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Keys to Success in this Role: * Answers assigned department/queue overflow calls * Confirms patient information * Makes/cancels/reschedules appointments * Monitors requests daily * Maintains an organized and clean work area Job Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * EMR (Electronic Medical Records) experience preferred * Strong team player * Strong customer service orientation * Basic computer proficiency * Must be able to multi-task effectively * Bilingual (preferred) * A year of medical office experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
