Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Shalah Home Health Agency, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients.
You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care in their homes.
*Responsibilities:* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, their family.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor and evaluate patients' response to care and modify care plans as needed.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
* Adhere to Shalah Home Health Agency's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Pay: $39.
