Urgent rehoming of 3 cats (Lakeland)

Urgent rehoming of 3 cats I'm a lakeland resident with 3 cats.
Unfortunately I cannot take care of them properly.
We have a lot of stray cats in the area, and I don't want to throw my cats out to the streets with the rest.
Yet I am doing a horrible job keeping up with their needs, as much as I try.
It's become a huge strain on my mental state and it is clear that their health is declining, as is mine.
I really need someone to take them if they can provide a good home and medical care.
I'm trying to provide what I can but overall they are a bit neglected.
I can't keep up with it.
Please help.
I've been trying for months to get rid of them.
I used to be a two income household but now I'm all alone and extremely overwhelmed and taking care of them is slowly killing me, I think they are unwell from the whole thing too.
They do have some health issues, please please please reach out if you can take them.
They desperately need the help.
All shelters that are local to me are packed for months and I'm losing it.
