Teacup yorkie (Avon Park)

I have a 3 pound female yorkie I’m trying to rehome.
Would be best in a home without kids, she is not aggressive, but is just very scared of kids and loud noises.
Her name is Minnie.
She looks underweight, but is just naturally skinny.
Breed specific rehoming fee applies.
