Small puppy needs a loving home

I have a pug and chihuahua mixed puppy who is 8 weeks old.
I recently purchased her, however found out that I am allergic and unfortunately can’t keep her.
She is very sweet and loves to cuddle.
She will come with 2 bags of food, 1 box of wet food, collar and leash, puppy pads, dog bowls, bed and blanket and treats.
Asking for a rehoming fee of $500.
