Seeking Older Adult or Senior Companion Dog (Lakeland)

We are seeking an older adult or senior dog to be a companion to our 8 year old male schnauzer/toy poodle.
Please No puppies or young dogs, too active for our little guy.
Ages 5-10 are preferred.
Our preference is a male, but open to females as well.
Small breeds only due to the size of our dog.
We really would prefer another schnauzer/toy poodle or full toy or miniature poodle.
We are looking for potty trained and well behaved dogs as our dog is very well trained and highly intelligent.
Our dog is very friendly and even for an 8 year old he is active, loves to play so we would like an older dog who’s a bit active and playful as well.
We have two cats also so the dog should get along well with cats.
