ISO small parrottlett or quaker or conure (Polk City)

I am looking for a small parrott to care for.
My kids are mostly grown and I have so much free time now.
I tend to chickens we have ans grew up with a quaker but I would just love a small conure or parrottlet or quaker.
The prices I have found are just way up there and while I am willing to pay, I can't do more than roughly 100$ as I will need to buy all the things I need for the feather baby.
So if anyone has one they need to rehome or don't have time for anymore please contact me! I'm hoping to find one soon as it's my birthday coming April 27 and I'd so very much like to have one by then!! Thank you all in advance and I pray you all be blessed!
