🚻 for a room to rent (Lakeland/Winter Haven)

Looking for a room to rent.
I'm looking for a job and need a room or place to stay .
I'm 51 , clean , quiet and 420 friendly.
Fairly open minded .
I'm staying at a shelter , but that is not something I am used to .
I hate it 😒.
If you have something in mind we can work something out.
I can exchange home renovation work for rent or household cleaning ect.

Don't even mind helping a person with special needs .
I just don't change diapers ect .
I have tools for Renovations , I'm a handyman .
