Hello, this is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full baths and 2 additional half-baths (one by the pool) in Davenport on a quiet cul de sac.
We are close to Disney (about 15-25 minutes depending on traffic) and about a mile and a half to Championsgate.
Also close to Reunion Village.
I am spending winters here but will be going back to Chicago at the end of next month.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor and will be available March 30th - November 1st.
So if you’re looking for short term, this is it.
The room is spacious, has a TV and comes furnished with a huge private bathroom.
The bed has a plush organic queen sized mattress and the room has direct access to the pool.
You would have two roommates in the other bedrooms that are upstairs on the other side of the house so you have lots of privacy.
They are both quiet but personable professionals (one currently works for Disney).
Rent included all utilities as well as access and privileges to the kitchen, free laundry, pool, and driveway parking.
Open to month to month but preference will be given to those who will stay until November.
