Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team.
As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer them suitable coverage options.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and a deep understanding of various insurance products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present insurance quotes to potential clients and explain coverage details
- Guiding new customers through onboarding process (NBUS documents, follow-up for inspections, etc.
)
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy transactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Have current insurance license (or be able to obtain within the first 60 days of employment)
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
