Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets -Knowledge of products and keep up to date on new products coming out Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, preferred in a retail environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of firearm sales is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent customer service skills - Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately -Ability to learn and retain computer programs quickly -Having a criminal history will disqualify you from applying for this position since we are a federally regulated business.
