Our technical sales engineers are responsible for identifying solutions to problems, writing up proposals, and presenting proposals to clients.
This will range from quoting new PC’s to architecting new networks and/or server infrastructure.
We are looking for individuals that can understand technical issues and the technical solutions to solve those issues.
We also need clear communication skills to present our plan to employees at all possible levels within an organization.
You will work with our technical engineers and our sales team to collect the necessary information to prepare a solution.
Our solutions are custom engineered for each request.
When a deal is closed, the sales engineer will present their solution to our implementations team and must understand the technology they’ve quoted in order to effectively communicate that with the team responsible for implementing the plan.
Requirements:
· PC Knowledge – Windows 10 & Current PC Components
· Office 365
· Network Knowledge – Routing, Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access Points
· Clear Writing Skills
· Personable and effective spoken communications
· Logical problem solving
· Ability to participate in Collaborative Teams
