*Job description*
* As a sales associate, you will engage with customers and potential customers to sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories all while delivering an excellent customer experience with a positive and fun attitude
* Demonstrate active listening skills and develop a strong understanding of each customer's needs
* Provide thoughtful recommendations and options with a focus on solving problems rather than pushing products or making a quick sale
* Focus on generating repeat business through a loyal client base and subsequent referrals
* Ability to assist customers with troubleshooting issues on wireless devices
* Recognize, adapt and respond to a range of common retail scenarios and guest personalities
* Multi-task, think on one's feet, and keep calm under pressure amidst time constraints
* Leverage store displays and interactive devices to provide each guest with a unique, immersive experience
* Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of all products, pricing plans, service features, and accessories as well as current company promotions
*Requirements:*
* Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays
* Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at different store locations
* Previous experience in prepaid wireless sales is a plus but not required
* Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Team player and a professional who brings a fun attitude and high energy to the workplace
* Customer service focused is a must!
