- Figure Skating, Roller Skating, Dance, or Halloween Costume Pre-owned Good condition Fabric is Pink leopard stretchy lycra.
Costume is all ONE piece, with skirt attached.
The tutu skirt is black with silver glitter in spots.
The skirt has an elastic waist and is tacked on or attached to the bodysuit in 4 areas.
Front, back, and each side.
There are 4 actual layers of tulle for the skirt.
The layers vary in size.
The top of the costume has clear swarovoski crystals.
Comes with a hair piece and ties for legs or arms or whatever you'd like to use it for.
